Birding trip planned for May 25 at Brady's Lake

Join the Lehigh Valley Audubon Society on Sunday, May 25, to search for Yellow-bellied Sapsuckers, Alder Flycatchers and a variety of warblers during a walk at Brady's Lake in Monroe County.

Meet at 6:30 a.m. at the Kmart parking lot in Wind Gap, just north of the Route 512 exit off Route 33. Be sure to bring binoculars and a field guide. Wear appropriate footgear. Pack refreshments or a light lunch. Adam Smith will lead the trip. For details call 610-462-2528.

The weather should be ideal for the trip. AccuWeather says we're to look for mostly sunny skies on Sunday with a high temperature climbing into the upper 70 to the lower 80s.
