Here are the Lehigh Valley bird sightings for the week ended December 29. The list was compiled by Dave DeReamus, of the Eastern PA Birdline, which is sponsored by the Lehigh Valley Audubon Society.

Nazareth Quarry, Northampton County

Ross's Goose, 1 through January 2 from among roughly 30,000 Snow Geese.

Williams Township, Northampton County

Harris's Sparrow, 1 through at least January 5.

Beltzville State Park, Carbon County

Gray Catbird, 1 on January 3.

Leaser Lake, Lehigh County

Gray Catbird, 1 on January 3.

Lynn Township, Lehigh County

Red-headed Woodpecker, 2 on January 2 along Kunkels Mill Road.

Fogelsville Quarry, Lehigh County

Greater White-fronted Goose, 1 on January 2.

Ross's Goose, 2 through January 2 (1 white morph and 1 blue morph).

Breinigsville, Lehigh County

Sandhill Crane, 1 through January 8 along Shaefer Run Road.

Allentown, Lehigh County

Greater White-fronted Goose, 1 on January 2 at Dorney Park pond.

Lake Nockamixon, Bucks County

Common Loon, 1 through January 3.
