This eco-friendly feeder is ideal for those birds that love Nyjer seed or fine sunflower chips. The Magnet Mesh is specifically designed to help birds capture more seed than they would get from other similar feeders. The screen is slightly magnetized to pull the thin grains of seed toward the screen. Nyjer-loving birds such as goldfinches return again and again because the seed is easier to pull out of the diamond-shaped, powder-coated steel mesh. This mesh is also easily removed for complete cleaning. The sides and top are durable, fade-proof material made from recycled plastic bottles and milk jugs.
