Lehigh Valley bird sightings for June 27

Forster's Tern (adult, winter)
Here are the Lehigh Valley bird sightings for the period ended June 27. The list was compiled by Dave DeReamus, of the Eastern PA Birdline, which is sponsored by the Lehigh Valley Audubon Society.

Moore Township, Northampton County
Mississippi Kite, 1 adult on June 26 (a few miles west of Bath).

Beltzville State Park, Carbon County
Forster's Tern, 2 on June 25.

Lehigh Gap Nature Center, Carbon County
Blue Grosbeak, 1 continues to be seen near the Charcoal Trail.

Peace Valley Park, Bucks County
Prothonotary Warbler, 1 continues this past week.
