Field trip planned for October 10 at Leaser Lake

The Lehigh Valley Audubon Society is sponsoring a field trip to Leaser Lake on Saturday, October 10, to look for migrating waterfowl and other seasonal travelers.

Meet at 8 a.m. in parking lot near Leaser Lake's North Boat Launch, close to the bridge on Ontelaunee Road in New Tripoli, Lehigh County.

Expect multiple short walks on relatively flat terrain. Bring a snack if you wish. Don't forget your spotting scope. If you don't have one, you can take a peek through someone else's scope. Dress appropriately for the weather.
