The Lehigh Valley Audubon Society is sponsoring an all-day bird-watching excursion to Sandy Hook, New Jersey, on Saturday, November 21. Located about 1½ from Easton, the seashore is a great place to see wildlife species that are difficult to find in the Lehigh Valley.
Meet at 8 a.m. at the Lehigh Valley Park & Ride Lot on William Penn Highway and Route 33 in Bethlehem Township, Northampton County. Matt Sabatine will lead the excursion. Dress warmly, wear appropriate footwear and bring a lunch and something to drink.
