Sightings from EAST ALLEN TOWNSHIP, Northampton County included:
DICKCISSEL - 1 from 3/24 to at least 3/29 (at a private backyard).
Sightings from PEACE VALLEY PARK, Bucks County included:
Double-crested Cormorants - 4 on 3/24
Lesser Black-backed Gulls - 25 on 3/24
Rusty Blackbird - 1 on 3/24.
Also Osprey, Merlin, Common Raven, Tree Swallow, Winter Wren, Eastern Towhee, and Fox and Swamp Sparrow.
Sightings from MERRILL CREEK RESERVOIR in nearby New Jersey included:
SNOWY OWL - 1 from 11/9 to at least 3/21.
Also American Pipit.
Bald Eagle, Osprey, Killdeer, Tree Swallow, Brown Thrasher, Pine, Palm, and Yellow-rumped Warbler, and Field and Chipping Sparrows were reported from several sites during the past two weeks.
Just outside the reporting area, a SAY'S PHOEBE has returned to the area around the huge mulch pile across from Maple Knolls Farm at 5388 Ridge Road near New Hope on the 3rd and was still there as of the 24th.
A little farther afield, the HARRIS'S SPARROW along Old Philly Pike in Berks County continued to at least the 25th.
Farther afield, the GREEN-TAILED TOWHEE continued to be seen at Blue Marsh Lake in Berks County to at least the 25th.
