New Product: Roosting pocket

Now that the colder weather has arrived, smaller songbirds birds will be looking for a place to roost during harsh winter nights, freezing rain and snow. These roosting pockets are made of reed grass with a peaked cedar roof. The pockets are made of 100 percent organic products, so they blend into your backyard. The materials are naturally resistant to decay.

The rough reed grass benefits chickadees, wrens and house finches because it gives them an easier time entering and exiting the roosting pocket. The pockets have another benefit: They keep songbirds safe from predators as the pouches do not attract unwanted attention. The roosting pockets are lightweight, so they can be hung from the smallest of trees.

Products sold at The Bird House may be available for a limited time, so hurry in!
