New Product: Perches specifically for cardinals

Versa Perch

Due to their short necks, cardinals prefer to face their food when eating. Perches on most tube-style feeders discourage this manner of feeding. Droll Yankees, one of the premier bird-feeding specialists, has come up with two products that will make eating easier for cardinals. The perches are designed specifically for Droll Yankees' tube feeders.

Cardinal Ring Perch

The Versa Perch screws into the bottom of a Droll Yankees tube feeder. The cardinal is able to perch on one of the wire rings. The Versa Perch does not prevent smaller birds such as chickadees from using the feeder's regular perches.

The Cardinal Perch Ring simply slips securely over the straight perch of a Droll Yankees tube feeder (and just as easily can be removed if desired). The larger outer ring provides the cardinal with the space it needs to feed head-on. Smaller birds can feed from the perch that bisects the outer ring.
