Kathy Uhler, director of the Pocono Wildlife Rehabilitation Center, will discuss "Amazing Animal Adaptations" at a meeting of the Lehigh Valley Audubon Society this Friday, September 12, at 7 p.m. at the Wildlands Conservancy in Emmaus. Uhler will bring live animals as she discusses how they adapt to changing circumstances. Bring your camera and your children!
The program is sponsored by the Lehigh Valley Aububon Society.
Directions: The Wildlands Conservancy is located at the Pool Wildlife Sanctuary at 3701 Orchid Place just north of Emmaus. From Route 29 (South Cedar Crest Boulevard), turn onto Riverbend Road (if you're heading from Emmaus, turn right; if you're heading from Route 222, turn left.) On Riverbend Road, watch for the right turn to enter the Wildlands Conservancy.
