The major difference between the two styles of houses is that the Summer Beach homes use the fresh, sun-bleached colors commonly seen along homes and boardwalks near the Atlantic and Gulf shores. The houses are crafted of select cypress, topped by a galvanized metal roof for durability and long life. The metal hanger in the back of the house makes it easy to mount the house on the trunk of a tree or on a wooden post or building. The houses are easy to clean. Just lift off the house and slide open the copper clean-out door in the back.
