New Product: mealworm feeder for bluebirds

Serve your bluebirds nutritious mealworms in this fly-through feeder, part of the Going Green line of products.

The base and sides are constructed from durable plastic recycled from old milk jugs and other items that might otherwise end up in landfills. How tough is the plastic? It's the same kind used for decks, so you know it will stand up to the weather.

A clear plastic roof protects the food inside--and it has the side benefit of letting birds see where the goodies are. The glass bowl needn't be used exclusively for mealworms. Try jelly for orioles or fruit for a variety of songbirds.

Weighing just 3 pounds, the feeder can be easily hung from a shepherd's hook or a tree limb. Like other Going Green products, the fly-through feeder is made in the United States.

Products sold at The Bird House may be available for a limited time, so hurry in!
